A Brand Account Needs Decisions, Not Just Posts
Anyone can fill a calendar. Social media management decides what each network is for, what deserves a post, who answers the comments, and what last month's numbers change.
A posting schedule is not a strategy
Posting three times a week means little until each network has a job: reach, trust, support, or leads. Strategy decides what is worth publishing and which networks the brand can stop maintaining.
The comment section is part of the product
Unanswered questions and unmoderated threads are the first thing a prospective customer reads. Community management runs on an agreed policy, with clear rules for what gets answered, escalated, or removed.
Organic results need tracked links to be judged
Likes do not tell a business whether social media works. Every link carries tags, and the monthly report shows clicks and leads per network and per post, so the next month's calendar follows evidence.
Four Ways to Run Brand Social Channels
The real difference is who holds the calendar, the moderation rules, the access and the evidence when somebody leaves.

The Onlinuum model
|
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Publishing volume | Whatever one person can sustain, and it stops during leave. | Depends on availability and on how many clients the freelancer is juggling. | Agreed in principle, then renegotiated as the hours run down. | A purchased monthly volume, up to 12, 24 or 48 posts, written into the order before the month starts. |
| Community response | Squeezed in around content and the first thing dropped under load. | Often out of scope or best effort. | Billed by the hour, which discourages daily presence. | A separately priced task with a written policy and escalation routing. |
| Account access | Held internally, the genuine advantage of this model. | Shared passwords, rarely revoked afterwards. | Sometimes inside a business manager the agency owns. | Yours. We work through named, revocable roles in your accounts, with an access log. |
| Proof of results | Platform screenshots, rarely joined to leads. | Follower counts and likes. | A monthly deck built around reach. | Tagged links per post, with clicks and leads per network in the monthly report. |
What the fixed-scope model actually buys
A defined monthly volume, a named owner per task, and the accounts, content and evidence staying on your side. You see the tier you bought and what it delivers before anything is published.
Configure Social Media ManagementPlan, Write, Publish, Respond, and Learn
Social media management runs as a repeating monthly cycle. The last stage sets the priorities for the next month's first.
Plan
Agree the month's objective per network, the content pillars, and the calendar. Anything that does not serve the objective is cut before it costs design or video time.
- Objective and audience per network
- Content calendar and format mix
- Inputs needed from the client and deadlines
- What the brand stops posting this month
Write
Write the posts in the brand's voice and adapt them to each network, then send the batch for approval. Nothing is published without it.
- Post copy per network
- Captions, links, tags and disclosures
- Briefs for visuals and short video
- Client approval of the batch
Publish and respond
Schedule the approved posts, answer comments and messages under the agreed policy, and run the brand's Telegram channel where it is part of the order.
- Scheduling against the calendar
- Comment and message handling
- Escalations to sales and support
- Approval and issue log
Learn
Review reach, engagement, clicks and leads by network and post, and turn them into next month's decisions.
- Results by network and by post
- Clicks and leads from tagged links
- Recurring audience questions
- Next-month priorities

What Clients Say About Onlinuum Delivery
"Promoting such a large number of products in various languages was hardly a trivial undertaking, but they handled it professionally. They took care of auditing, configuring analytics, and context development. During our year-long collaboration they significantly increased the indicators for our ad campaign, which was already profitable. The gradual integration of new countries and languages further increased the influx of new users and orders while enhancing the scope of the advertising component of our business. Thank you, Alconost!"
"We are fully satisfied with the results of Alconost's work on our projects. Despite our rather complex requirements, everything was done quickly, clearly, harmoniously, and professionally. We had our own manager who oversaw all issues related to creating multiple landing pages and conducting PPC campaigns. He was always available and quickly responded to any requests, which was very convenient. Highly recommended!"
Tasks, Base Module, Telegram, and Languages
What does social media management include?
Five recurring tasks, bought individually or together: channel strategy and content calendar, post copy and publishing, community management, Telegram channel management, and reporting and iteration. In practice someone owns the calendar, writes and publishes the posts, answers the comments under an agreed policy, and turns last month's numbers into next month's decisions. Design, video production and ad budgets are separate.
What is included in the $1,200 base module?
The standalone base module combines Channel Strategy & Content Calendar S for one network ($500), Post Copy & Publishing S for up to 12 posts ($400), and Reporting & Iteration S ($300). Community management and Telegram channel management are added separately.
How much does social media management cost?
The base module is $1,200 per month for one network. Every task scales on its own: publishing runs $400, $700 or $1,200 per month for up to 12, 24 or 48 posts, and community management, Telegram channel management and reporting are added at their own tiers. A brand running every task at the largest tier comes to $5,500 per month. All prices cover one brand, one language and one primary country. You can configure the exact combination above and see the number before speaking to anyone.
Which social networks do you manage?
The networks where the brand's audience actually is: usually some combination of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and Telegram. Each network is planned separately because the format and the audience differ. The strategy task may also recommend dropping a network that costs effort and brings nothing.
Do you run Telegram channels?
Yes. Telegram channel management covers the brand's own channel or chat: posting plan, pinned posts, moderation rules, and member and view tracking. Growing that channel through posts in other Telegram channels is the separate Telegram channel placements scope, with its own research, verification and per-placement tracking.
Does this include design, video or paid ads?
No. Social media management starts from approved visuals or design access. Design and video production are priced separately, and paid social campaigns, Telegram Ads and ad budgets are separate scopes. The calendar includes briefs for those inputs so the production side knows exactly what is needed.
How are extra languages and countries priced?
Published prices cover one language and one primary country. Each additional language is added in the order, because a second-language account needs its own calendar, copy, moderation and approvals rather than a translation pass over the first one.
Who owns the accounts and the content?
You do. We work through named, revocable roles in your accounts, with an access log, and never inside an account or business manager we own. Posts, calendars, visuals, moderation policies and reports stay yours, and the documentation goes with them if you move the work in-house or to another supplier.
